Refund Policy
Last updated 30 September 2026
We want every family to be happy with Wonder Rails. If something’s gone wrong with a purchase, here’s how we’ll put it right. This page is about purchases on WonderRails.com; for a purchase in the iPhone and iPad app, see below.
When you can get a refund
Within 14 days of buying the Original Collection, we’ll refund you if:
- It was bought by accident — for example, a child made the purchase, or you didn’t mean to buy.
- You were charged twice for the same collection, or bought something your account already owns.
- It doesn’t work — the game won’t run properly on your device and we can’t fix the problem.
When we can’t offer a refund
We don’t offer refunds for a change of mind once the paid worlds have been played. This doesn’t take away any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
How to ask
- Email support@WonderRails.com from the address you signed in with (or tell us which address it was).
- Say what happened. If you can, include the support reference shown in the parent area (it starts with WR-) or the receipt email from Link.
- We’ll reply, and if the refund is approved we’ll issue it through Stripe.
A refund goes back to the original payment method, including any tax you paid. It usually shows up within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Once a purchase is refunded, the Original Collection closes on that account; Conservatory Express stays free.
Purchases are sold through Link. Stripe, through its Link service, is the reseller and merchant of record for Wonder Rails purchases on the website. Your receipt comes from Link, and you can also ask Link support for help with a payment or a refund. Stripe may issue refunds itself within 60 days of a purchase in some cases, and applies any cooling-off or withdrawal rights that the law where you live provides.
Purchases in the iPhone and iPad app
In the app, the Original Collection is sold by Apple through the App Store, so Apple handles refunds, under its own policy — we can’t issue them ourselves. To ask for one, go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with the Apple Account that made the purchase and choose the Wonder Rails purchase. If a child bought it by accident, say so there. Once Apple refunds a purchase, the collection closes in the app; Conservatory Express stays free. We’re still happy to help: email support@WonderRails.com.
Questions
If anything about a charge looks wrong, please write to support@WonderRails.com before disputing it with your bank — we can usually sort it out quickly.
