Wonder Rails Back to the railway

Terms of Use

Last updated 30 September 2026

Welcome aboard. These terms are the ground rules for using Wonder Rails at WonderRails.com and in the Wonder Rails app for iPhone and iPad. We’ve tried to keep them short and plain.

Who we are

Wonder Rails is a 3D model-railway game for families, made by an independent developer (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at support@WonderRails.com.

Playing for free

Conservatory Express is free to play in your web browser and in the app. Nobody needs an account to play, and children never need one.

The Original Collection

Who sells the purchase on the website: Stripe, through Link

Website purchases are processed and sold by Link, a Stripe service, which acts as the reseller and merchant of record. That means Link takes the payment, works out and collects any tax, sends your receipt, and appears on your card statement (as LINK.COM* followed by our name). When you pay, you also agree to the payment terms shown at checkout. Wonder Rails remains responsible for the game itself and for helping you with it.

In the iPhone and iPad app

In the app, the Original Collection is sold by Apple through the App Store. Apple takes the payment, shows the price for your country (including tax where it applies), sends the receipt and handles refunds, under Apple’s own terms. Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to the app together with these terms. To open the collection on another iPhone or iPad, press Restore purchases in the parent area. A purchase in the app and a purchase on the website are separate for now.

What you may do with it

We give you a personal, non-transferable permission to play Wonder Rails, and any collection your account owns, for your own and your household’s non-commercial enjoyment. Please don’t copy, resell, share account access outside your household, or try to get around how paid worlds are opened.

Refunds

Our Refund Policy explains when you can get your money back. In short: within 14 days for an accidental or duplicate purchase, or if the game doesn’t work for you. Refunds for purchases made in the app are handled by Apple.

Keeping things running

We work hard to keep Wonder Rails available and working well, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of bugs. The game runs in your browser or in the app and needs a reasonably modern device. We may update, improve or change the game over time. If we ever stop offering a collection you bought, we’ll do our best to treat you fairly, and we’ll say how on this page.

Accounts

Please keep your sign-in secure. You can ask us to delete your account at any time — see Support. Deleting the account means we can no longer open the collection for you; it is not a refund.

Our responsibility

Wonder Rails is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t responsible for indirect losses, and our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the purchase in question. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.

Changes and the law that applies

If we change these terms, we’ll update the date at the top of this page; for important changes we’ll also give notice on the site before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without taking away any protections the law where you live gives you.
